"Showed up super fast"
I was kind of surprised by how quickly it got here. I don’t know, it just felt way faster than I expected. The tracking was simple enough to follow and nothing weird happened with the delivery, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Tracking really needs improvement"
My order did show up in the end, but the tracking was useless. It barely updated for days, so I kept having to guess where my package was. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, where the delivery updates are much clearer and more reliable, this felt frustrating. Not the best first experience

"Cute styles with a few little misses"
i mean, I do like the style of the clothes overall. They have that clean, easy-to-wear look, and some of the designs are really cute without being too much. A few pieces could probably use better color choices, but for the most part, everything looks good.

I was a little nervous about picking the right size, but I ended up ordering my usual one and it fit great. No exchange, no hassle, which felt like a small win. It’s comfortable without being too tight, and the length was just right for me. Overall, I’m really happy with it

"Return was a little slow, but it worked out"
I ended up having to return one of the dresses because the sizing was a bit off for me. The refund took about a week to come through, which felt a little long at the time, but it did get processed without any real hassle. Support replied too, not the fastest response ever, but they were helpful enough. Overall, it was fine, and I was just relieved everything got sorted in the end...

"Honestly, nicer than I thought it would be"
I wasn’t expecting too much when I ordered it, so I feel justified in saying I’m genuinely impressed. The fabric feels really nice, and the stitching is better than I expected for the price. Glad I went for it.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ordered two tops and a jacket from ecoerfashion.com, i wasn’t expecting a whole lot because the prices were low. But I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived, the fabric felt nicer than I thought it would, and the sizing was mostly spot on.

The shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall I’m happy with what I got for the money. The pieces look good, don’t feel cheap, and I’d definitely consider ordering again if something catches my eye.

"Eco claims felt a little too unclear"
The sustainability claims sounded nice at first, but I couldn’t really find anything solid to back them up. I kept digging for clear details or proof and just ended up feeling like it was more of a green vibe than real transparency. I hate feeling like I might be getting fooled by good marketing, so I probably won’t buy again unless they give more specific info.

"I had a small issue with my order..."
I had a small issue with my order and emailed them thinking it might turn into one of those back-and-forth situations, like it does with some companies. But they got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it a hassle. The person who replied was polite and actually seemed to read what I wrote, which makes a difference. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, this was a much smoother experience. I’d order from them again.
